CloudNurse provides a digital nursing home management platform, including care records, a nursing home directory, and family communication tools. Services may change without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, passwords, and data stored through CloudNurse services. CloudNurse is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property on this website belongs to CloudNurse Co., Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
CloudNurse provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. CloudNurse is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Thailand.
